SOIL MIXING WITH ROCKWHEEL CUTTING UNITS
MIXES SOIL AND PERFORMANCE WITH ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
Rockwheel soil mixers are used for consolidation, stabilization, and environmental remediation. The optimal arrangement of the (adjustable) paddles guarantees a homogeneous mixing of the existing material, or a homogeneous mixing of the material with an additive where injection nozzles and pipes ensure an even supply.
Among other things, contaminated material can be treated in-situ, negating the need for elaborate and expensive disposal in hazardous waste landfills. The Rockwheel soil mixers can be operated with compact excavators or carriers of up to 125 t.
Options include depth limiters, scrapers, injection nozzles, extensions, and extended adapter plates. The paddles are adjustable to 8 different positions in order to optimise the soil mixing.
The Soil Mixer is basically a Rockwheel with special drums and mixing paddles. The Soil Mixer can easily be converted into a Rockwheel Rotary Cutter by changing the drums; giving the product an extra degree of flexibility in applications.
